Scan equipment tags to instantly view calibration status, expiry dates, and correction factors on your mobile device.
Access critical correction values directly during PPM activities to ensure measurement accuracy.
Receive automated notifications for upcoming calibration due dates to prevent non-compliance.
From the calibration lab to the hospital floor, CCMS connects data seamlessly.
Equipment is tested, data is recorded, and a digital certificate is generated by the lab admin.
A unique QR code is created and attached to the medical equipment for easy identification.
Engineers scan the code to view status ("Valid" or "Expired") and apply correction factors.
Our digital calibration system ensures compliance and accuracy across medical facilities.

Common questions about the Digital Calibration Certificate System.
Digital certificate security is enforced through role-based access control,
requiring authenticated login by administrators or designated staff.
This protocol meets the authenticity and accountability requirements
mandated for regulatory audit compliance.
You can view the public certificate summary in two ways:
1. Via QR Code: Scan the QR code located on the device.
This will direct you to our public verification website,
which will display a summary of the relevant certificate(s),
including the calibration date and due date.
Via Website: For direct access, visit our website and navigate to the
"Verify Certificate" section. Enter the Asset ID Tag and select "Verify" to
view the corresponding certificate details./p>
When an expired equipment tag is scanned, a prominent red "Expired" alert is
displayed on the associated certificate. To ensure continuity, our
administrative
team or assigned personnel are automatically notified 30 days in advance of
the expiration
date.
A service technician—either an internal staff member or a
certified contractor—will
then be dispatched to the equipment location at the earliest opportunity to
perform recalibration.
